    10 stars for this place! I drove from Monticello not knowing it was best to make an appointment. The lady told me I’d have to come back tomorrow due to not having enough open appointments. I told her I had just driven 45 minutes to get there and that I was getting married this weekend…the owner overheard and stepped in and said he would take care of me if I would wait a few minutes to finish what he was doing. Steve(the owner) is phenomenal! Thank you so much! Will be back!!

    Emily is amazing and she takes such pride in her work. Great personality and will not let you leave until you are completely satisfied and everything is perfect. Pays great attention to detail and I couldn’t be more thankful to have her as my barber.

    Beyond thankful for Melissa at CHOP Killearn! Our three year old is not a huge fan of haircuts and she went above and beyond to accommodate him and reassure him the entire time! She was definitely the sweetest and most calm under a quick changing toddler mood ☺️

She went way above and beyond to make sure I was happy and her customer service was exceptional!If you dont LOVE Kat and you cant appreciate the pride she takes in her Kraft cut your own hair.

    I see Emily regularly to shave my undercut, trim up my bangs, re-add some layers in my thick hair, and overall just reshape it every few weeks! She does a great job and never fails to give me exactly the cut I ask for! If I ever wanted to completely change my style, she would do a very thorough consultation and figure out exactly what my vision is. Fantastic customer service from her and everyone else at Chop! I am always greeted with warm smiles and offered a drink almost immediately after arriving. Love this place!

    Best shop in town, but every CHOP Barbershop is unique and all are impressive. But getting into this one and being greeted and offered a beverage and genuinely never waiting more than 5 minutes tops? Especially if you get your hair cut and styled by one of their LEGENDS? I keep thinking Steves skills and talent have impressed me as much as possible, but every single cut I get from him just gets better and better. Ill never ever go to any other brand/line of barbershops. They even helped me figure out what products I like best. And their shirts are bad*$$ too. GO SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES, GO TO CHOP BARBERSHOP.

    Great shop to have my haircut, Kim the one who had done my hair was kind and did a wonderful job, I think she made the whole experience a more worth while haircut, I will definitely request her again and tell others to make an appointment with her.     I would give Emily B. 10 stars if I could. My regular barber was unavailable and referred her citing She does great work. This was definitely an understatement, she does AMAZING work! She is very friendly and has a keen eye for detail. I am very protective over my beard, and she took the time to ensure that it was trimmed and shaped to perfection. My regular barber is going to have some serious competition.If you are as picky as I am about your grooming needs and want to feel 100% taken care of, Emily is the one to see at CHOP Killearn.

    Melissa always gives me a great cut when I come and see her. She knows exactly what I want and I how I want it cut. She exceeds my expectations every time.     So, Ive always gone to Chop for myself (straight hair) and my son( curly hair) and personally Ive always had great experiences, however, the tough part was for my son. Then I found Ruby. I had my first experience with her for my cut to get a feel and she is a spunky cool chick, easy conversationalist, and very knowledgeable about different hair types *highlighting multicultural here*. I then brought my son to her and she was super sweet, patient with him and me since I was a bit nervous about the big change we were doing. His cut came out fantastic. Even though we are only two haircuts in with Ruby as our stylist, she left a positive impression for us both. Also, the Chop environment in general is very chill, bathroom always clean/stocked, easy appointment making web layout, and you get a free beer if you ask.

    I highly recommend Chop Killearn. Jewel money has been my go to since I’ve moved from out of town. She can make any vision a reality and has never let me down.     Went in this morning without an appointment. Saw two people getting cuts and no other barber/hair stylist available. The barber (don’t know his name) asked if I had an appointment, to which I said, “No.” He immediately yelled to someone in the back. Next thing I know, I was in a chair and getting a haircut by Jordan…who had about 30 minutes before the next appointment. Awesome haircut. Awesome atmosphere. Awesome people. Got Jordan’s card to make appointment next time…as this is now the only place I’ll go.

    Megan took the long hair that I had for a long time and transformed it into a modern masterpiece. She was patient with me, asked great questions in the beginning to make sure she understood what I wanted. She was also very encouraging. The highlights helped give the haircut definition and the color was so natural. She also did a fantastic job on my daughter, turning her hairstyle from a girl into a beautiful young woman.     Best cut I’ve ever gotten hands down. Got my hair cut by Kenny and happy to say found myself a new barber and made a new friend. Kenny was very easy to talk to and made me feel very welcome.     Best barber shop in town also with the best barber Hisham! For years I’ve used him and always have had fantastic results. I highly recommend getting the El Presidente with him. The hot towel treatments, hand made lathers, gentle shave and a shampoo really separate this from other places! 10/10 service, thanks Hisham!

    I’ve visited three different Chop locations over the last few years. They are all clean and professional. Fun environment. This isn’t your “neighborhood barber”, this is steps above. I drive 70 miles one way for my barber Kenny and won’t let anyone else touch my head. Definitely recommend. Download their app, save you some time.

    My 2 teenage boys have been using Chop Killearn since it opened. Every barber has done a great job and my boys love the barbers there. I did find out today (after my 14 year old sons haircut was done) they no longer honor the $19, 15 minute, cut that shows up when you make an appointment online so keep that in mind until they have a chance to update their site. Although his cut took less than 15 minutes the cost was $23 not $19. Totally fine, but not what the site said.

    Best pixie cuts in tally!I’ve been getting (and maintaining) pixie cuts from chop for the later half of this past year and both Josephine and Taylor are fantastic. Josephine will cut it EXACTLY as it is on any photos you show her. Taylor is attentive every step of the way.     It’s tough finding a place to get a good dependable cut. It’s almost impossible to find a place that’s not just good but CLEAN, FRIENDLY, DEPENDABLE, LAIDBACK, KNOWLEDGEABLE, QUICK and PROFESSIONAL When I came in a year ago I was lucky to get a spot in Kenny’s chair. He’s always been very professional and friendly at the same time. He’s always up for chat while he gives me the best cut I’ve had, here or anywhere!!     I got my hair done for a wedding (I am the best mans wife) by the best hairdresser: Rosie. My husband got a straight razor headshave and beard shaping by one of the owners. My husband went to the Midtown location and I went to the Killearn location. We were very, very pleased with the service and quality of the products they make and use.     I have just started going to this barber shop a few months back. At first I was a little skeptical in paying extra for a hair cut when I could go to places and pay less. But, after interacting with the staff here and seeing the quality work they do with every single customer that comes in; it’s abundantly clear that you get your money’s worth! Hisham Essi is the manager and you can see that he prides himself with the quality of work being put out by himself and the rest of the staff. I could not recommend this barber shop more. Very talented and very professional.
