    The lady who cut my 2-year-old sons hair did an amazing job! She was very patient with him! She talked to him and explained what she was getting ready to do and even let him feel the clippers and blow dryer before she used them. That was very appreciated 🫶 She even managed to cut it exactly how I was trying to explain I would like it, despite all of his trillion cow licks. After she cut it she even styled it for him after asking him if he would like some gel in it. He walked out feeling like a rock star the entire day! 😍

    I like to come here, especially for Vicki who always does a great job with my hair. too. I come out of my way to go see her, even if there are other closer great clips.She does an exceptionally fine work. There are other nice staff too who are polite when I call their phone line. The online check in reduces the wait time.

    Ive been going to Great Clips since COVID. I like that its convenient to my home. All the ladies that have cut my hair have done good work. They are friendly. I appreciate that they sweep their work area after each customer. The online check-in is very convenient to reduce wait time.

    Nice place for a haircut, but every time, it had a different person with a slightly different haircut. Hope to get names of people who cut hair on the app so make it easier to go with the same person. It has been good customer service 👌 and a good haircut for my boys.

    I had the most delightful experience with Brianna Rutherford. She did an amazing job with helping me figure out what I needed to do with my hair. But most of all she had a great personality that made me feel as if I was getting a hair cut by a friend instead of a random person. I highly recommend her to anyone! She knows what she’s doing and has great customer service skills.

    Im not sure how much a haircut should cost. But since Im extremely easy, and it takes 15 minutes to cut my hair, I think $16 seems high. But its quick and painless, and honestly Id rather pay $16 and be done quick. Another good thing is you can check in on the app to reduce your wait time.

    It wasnt until I tried to make another appt w Bernadette that I realized I had erroneously put my reviews for Bernadette at SmartStyleHairSalon on the wrong site. Bernadette at smartstyles is a miracle worker! She can do almost anything. I had 3 inches of nasty pandemic hair cut off, got highlights and a blow out. She gave me great advice on what hair products to use. Call great clips and ask for Bernadette. She is amazing.

    I love the online check-in option at Great Clips. Instead of waiting at the store, you check-in online, see what the approximate wait is and when its time you head to the location. When you arrive you are the next to be seen.Online check-in also works for multiple haircuts. Great Clips asks how many people are getting haircuts when you check-in.$15 + tip gets you a great haircut!

    Perfect! I finally got around to ditching my Covid-19 hair. Its ALL cut down, just as I like it. Staff is courteous and efficient. Theyre a great place for a haircut!

    My cut is decent. In fact it looks good. The only thing that took away a star is the stylists insistence on trying to sell products. I already have things that work & I know what I like. Save the sales pitch for the inquiring minds.

    Very nice place to get your haircut. Friendly staffs there will make you comfortable. You can also check in online before going there to avoid more wait time. Also you can just walk in and wait as little bit get your turn. I loved this place and surely reccomend any one staying near to Mahan dr and capital circle ne intersection to try it.
