I cannot say enough good things about Caroline and this salon! There was a mix up at my first scheduled appointment about the service they thought I was wanting they thought it was a gray touch up and not blonde so the stylist I was scheduled with was very honest about telling me she didn’t want to do the service because it isn’t her specialty and did not want me to be dissatisfied with my hair. I drove an hour to be there but I did not care because many times people have not been honest about their ability to do my hair and I’ve left very disappointed so I respect the girls honesty! They scheduled me the next day with Caroline and let me tell you, I have never loved my hair more. No one seems to ever be able to get the blend correct or the tone when I go in for on scalp bleach retouch but she absolutely worked magic!!! I was only in the area for a short time or I would be there every month for my touch up. The salon is also beautiful and the service was well worth the money.

Allison is wonderful! She has such a bubbly personality and is the absolute sweetest! My hair is VERY dark but it has slowly been lifted to a very well blended so natural looking dirty blonde that I am OBSESSED with! It was a process that was well worth the wait!

I saw Lindsey for a literal hair transformation & she did phenomenal. I came to her for a consultation first, showed her my inspo pic & she exceeded my expectations! I definitely recommend her & will be back for more hair transformations in the future.I saw Caroline for hair extensions and she was phenomenal! She explained the process for extensions, was very thorough explaining what not to do for the first few days, and recommended a hair serum to keep my extensions healthy. Caroline and Lindsey both know their stuff!I will definitely be back for my hair extensions in the future & I think I found my new salon!

Recently had a haircut at Luna Salon. Logan was my stylist for the appointment. From the shampoo bowl to the chair, it was the most professional and informative experience I’ve had at a salon. As well as the best cut I’ve ever received. It goes to show when someone takes their career seriously and is a master of their craft. I will be going back to Logan specifically, and Luna Salon for the rest of my time residing in Tallahassee. Would highly recommend her services to anyone.

I have never been as happy with my hair as I’ve been since I started seeing Lauren in the last two years. Lauren is amazing. I get a cut, partial foil, and toner. I get constant compliments!I used to do extensions (which I also loved from here), but my hair is longer now and I honestly love my own hair so much now that I’m skipping extensions this winter.As a whole, the studio is beautiful and welcoming. Helpful staff and they are efficient. When I show up for my appointment I am seen. No waiting an additional 15-30 minutes (always an issue at other salons).Make and keep your appointment because these girls are highly sought after and rescheduling can be tough. I’m not upset at that because they deserve all the business they get!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Lauren helped me determine the best style for my curly hair that I would be able to keep up on my own. She also has discussed the products and is helping me to find a product that will help with the frizz. This was another great experience. Where do I even start!? A little over three years ago, I was desperate for a hair stylist up here in Tallahassee since I was a brand new freshman needing her hair done. After searching on the internet, I came across Luna Salon and booked my first appointment with Michaela. I have been a blonde my whole life and finding a stylist that upholds your standards with what you’re wanting to achieve with your hair can be difficult, but Michaela met that goal and beyond!! Three years later, I am still going to Mics when my hair is needing some razzle dazzle!!! There’s no one else I would trust more to make me feel confident, comfortable, and beautiful all at the same time! She’s my absolute go to, and anyone who isn’t seeing her is missing out! 🤍

My hair is PERFECT I honestly don’t know how she (Carson) was able to translate my description to precisely my vision but, she DID.I’m not a high maintenance person at all. They have always listened to me and made my hair be exactly what suits my daily life as well as make it look star quality on the occasional day I actually blow dry my hair!I would go again and again. Not to mention the head massage of the dream I didn’t realize I had. So yup, go.

To preface, my normal gal is on maternity leave and she still has my heart, but I went to another gal this time, miss Caroline, who did NOT disappoint! Im not very good at communicating what I want, but she literally read my mind. My hair looks gorgeous, its the perfect blend of my natural color and a lighter blonde, Im obsessed! My only complaint, and this is more so to warn others to not be naive like myself, is that toward the end she asked if I wanted her to dust off my ends. I said yes, because why not, but I was startled to see an extra $50 charge on my bill for an added haircut. I dont want to sound ignorant because I do truly appreciate her time and service, however I would barely consider the dusting a trim, much less a haircut, and the charge didnt feel accurate or fair. I dont believe it took more than 5 minutes either. I wouldve been happy to pay for what I felt it was worth and I also wouldve appreciated her informing me that the quick dusting would cost me that much. I am super happy with the color though and overall enjoyed my experience at Luna!

I am thoroughly impressed by Luna Salon! I have never visited the same salon twice in Tallahassee, until Luna Salon. My stylist, Mollie is an absolute doll and does an amazing job; she will have my business going forward. However, my last haircut didnt turn out quite right, my hairs fault (it can be very difficult to to work with at times), not Mollies. I debated for about a week on whether or not to reach out to the salon to see if they could touch up some areas. Well, let me tell you about amazing customer service; Lindsey, the owner, responded to my email asking for help within a few hours and was able to get me in the next morning and personally tackle the disaster that is my hair. Lindsey worked her magic and made my hair look amazing! But sorry, Lindsey, Mollie is still my go-to girl!

I had seen Lindsey before because she does my parents hair, but this salon is by far the best salon I have ever been to! The pictures from the pre opening didn’t do it justice, it is gorgeous! The girl at the front desk, Liv I believe, was super sweet! I was offered a beverage and ended up with both tea and water for my visit.My hair washing was so relaxing, they even massaged my neck.Of course my haircut was stunning. I can’t say enough good things about Jen! She did such an amazing job with my hair. I am new to Tallahassee and was scared I wouldn’t be able to find a good salon. I was able to make my appointment within the same week due to someone cancelling their appointment. Jen really took the time to make sure she addressed my concerns and made sure my hair looked how I wanted it to. My number one concern was how rough my hair had become after bleaching it. She put on a hair mask and used a couple of different serums to help. It made a tremendous difference. We darkened my hair because I was sooo over all the maintenance it took to keep my hair blonde. It looks so good! I’m glad she toned it twice too. My hair was in desperate need of a good color and cut. Even after all this she still took the time to help me get some quality products! I’m so happy with my hair. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN!

I went in to get my tape in extensions put in. Initially two sided tape was used. Taylor was my stylist she was professional and pleasant to work with. Within days my extensions were falling out and causing havoc- that being said this was due to my hair being extremely fine and to no fault of the stylist. I messaged Lindsey, the owner, and she had me be back in within 48 hours to take the extensions out, clean them, and reapply them using single sided tape. My mind was blown!!! 100% difference in feel on my head. She didn’t charge me for the correction and took her time and treated me wonderfully. The professionalism and care for clients is what will keep me coming back.
