    Her reputation doesn’t do her justice. She is phenomenal in every way. Her professionalism is astounding. She doesn’t make you feel like a client she makes you feel like family from the first entrance in her salon. The safe haven I think a lot of us didn’t know we needed. This boss deserves more than reviews, but her own flowers.

    My first appointment with Mocha and Jazz was a great experience. Jazz did my micro retighten both ladies were very polite and professional and I absolutely loved my hair when she was done. I recommend this studio to anyone who needs a REAL loctician.

    Mocha is awesome. Every time she does my hair she makes me feel comfortable! Her customer service is outstanding! She is funny and provides love entertainment with her singing! Mocha is great with loc maintenance and styling. I booked an appointment with her to come see her for a hair consultation and she was very honest with told me tips to do with my hair. If anyone is looking for a loctician she is the one to see. She really cares for your hair first then styling!

    Tia is Phenomenal. She is very talented and has a stellar personality too. I enjoy every time she does my hair; I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Every time she does my hair my hubby comments on how nice it looks.🥰😉🤩 only negative is shes hard to reach by phone, but its because shes always so busy. If u use booksy its the best option for reaching her.

    Mocha quoted me a cheap price, then the starter loc’s 2-3 times as long as we expected because of the way my hair is. She didn’t change the price from the quote which I respected, and even towards the end of the process I felt the love and care she put into her work. Couldn’t be happier with the service, and this doesn’t even begin to describe everything she did and shared with me throughout the process. Before and after pictures are below

    Honestly, Mocha makes you feel at home when you are there. Everyone is laughing and joking around. I love that they take an interest in what’s going on in your life and make you feel a part of the family. You always see on tv the salon that’s been on the block for years and everyone goes to and feels safe, this is that salon! Even though I’ve only just recently moved to Tallahassee I know this is my go-to shop!

    Best vibes ever. Mocha is the most professional, gracious and honest hair stylist you ever meet. She takes pride in her work and.meeds of her clients. Booking is simple and convenient with the Booksy app. Please read when you book the appointments it explains everything right on the app. Since the beginning of my loc journey she had been with me and she is the best at it.

    Loved my experience for my starter locs, felt like home. Not just professional service and quality, but also good talks and life advice, was offered food and beverages. In and out if need be but also very flexible with scheduling. My initial consultation was in and out and I had an emergency happen during my appointment for my starter locs, and they stopped midway and fit me in the next day with no hesitation to finish my locs. 10/10 recommended and will be back for every retwist.

    The times I have come to this shop, its always very pleasurable. Ive been greeted upon walking into the the salon and taken care of immediately. Toni Footman (Esthetician) who works in the shop is professional and efficient with her work. She is always on time and responds to messages and calls in a timely manner. Ms. Footman was the first person to ever do my lashes and from that day forward Ive been obsessed with her work. She does a remarkable job and I plan on coming back very soon.

    Love love love Mocha! Skilled at what she does and i’m always satisfied with her customer service. Also, her beard butter gave my husband beard so much life. Where there were patches of hair missing there is now hair, his beard is so full and think and the butter has lasted him for a while now. Thanks Mocha!
