    I’ve been seeing Britt for years now and couldn’t imagine any other stylist touching my hair! She is THE EXPERT in Nassau County when it comes to blonding and extensions. If you’re looking for a placed where you feel cared for and pampered this is the salon! The environment at Bloom is so positive and everyone is so sweet and kind. The front desk staff and assistants are always so friendly and welcoming. This place feels like home! 💗

    I love this salon and especially my stylist, Jeanne-Noel. She always listens and then gives me great ideas and in the end she gives me the exact style I ask for! All of the stylist are seriously good and I love the young lady that was at reception too!

    Absolutely LOVE my hair! Emily is a phenomenal hair stylist who was able to blend my old bleach blonde highlights with my naturally brown hair to this gorgeous sandy blonde color. I absolutely LOVE it !! Also, I don’t know what sorcery this was but these curls stayed on my rebelliously straight hair for OVER 8 hours. Emily, you are a gift, thank you! ❤️

    This salon is amazing at color! My blonde color is very difficult to achieve especially since I had my roots totally grown out, but Makayla made it happen. She colored and cut my hair and it was perfect! Everyone there is nice and knowledgeable about hair, coloring and what products would be great to use to keep the look going. This is my go to salon for life!!!

    Erica is amazing! She does a thorough consultation to make sure she understands your hair goals and really what you’re wanting. She did a fantastic job coloring and cutting my hair. Also, the complimentary scalp massage with the hair wash could have me in there every week! 😍 The salon is incredibly warm & inviting and I can’t wait for my next appointment!

    I had Karin do my hair, and I absolute LOVE the haircut she gave me. I showed her a picture and she did exactly what I wanted. I am very picky with who I let do my hair because I’ve had not so great experiences in the past, but Karin was perfect. I will most definitely be back in the future.

    Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had in the salon ever! The staff was super welcoming, friendly and open to everything I asked for!!     Nice atmosphere. Excellent location. Brittany is absolutely phenomenal with color. You can tell they care about the customer experience from the moment you walk in the door. Every detail right down to the scalp message with the shampoo. I love the hair products as well. My thin hair has not looked this healthy for many years.

    I visited Bloom salon twice so far and I can say this is an amazing salon! I got a cut and conditioning treatment with Erica ,and back a few weeks later for a keratin express treatment with Erica. She did a great cut and exactly as I had asked for. I am obsessed with the keratin treatment as my hair is very frizzy and it has made it completely frizz free but still with volume. The salon itself is absolutely stunning. I could probably spend an hour in there just admiring the decor and products for sale. So happy to have found a great local salon.

    AMAZINGGG!!! I am from out of town and very reluctant to try new shops but I’m so glad I did! Jeanne was everything I love in a hair dresser and she absolutely killed it!!     The salon itself is beautiful and inviting. Erica did an amazing job on a color correction from years of at home mess! She was very clear on what we could achieve and then exceeded those expectations. My hair hasn’t looked this good in a very long time. The whole process from consultation to finished look felt very relaxed and at ease- I was in good hands. I’m so grateful to have found a new home salon and stylist ❤️ definitely recommend!

    After many hours of searching online for a hair salon on the north side of Jacksonville, Bloom Salon caught my attention because of their hair products. I did not make an appointment online, but I walked in, and the place was all I wanted: clean, fresh aroma and a friendly environment with pleasant music. Not only that, I got a free consultation, and I made an appointment for the next day. The next day, I had a Balayage, softened hair treatment, and neck/scalp massage with perfect music, so I almost fell asleep and got a nice haircut. I love my soft, bouncy hair with a great fragrance. I felt well attended to and had high-quality care. Thanks Erika!

    Anytime I come to Bloom salon I am not only getting quality hair service, but amazing customer service.The owner Brittany takes pride in her salon and the young ladies she has working for her. Brittany has assistants aspiring to be future stylists who help out and shampoo. Emma provided me with one of the best shampoo services I’ve ever had! The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. As soon as you enter, you are greeted with a warm smile and the most heavenly scent. I love that Brittany supports small businesses and also give us back to the community. Earlier this year Bloom Salon hosted an event where they provided back-to-school haircuts for families in need. They also donated products and a gift card to be auctioned off in a raffle where the proceeds were donated to Dreams Come True of Jacksonville. Highly reccomend booking an appointment today, you won’t be disappointed!!

    Brittany and her staff at Bloom Salon are phenomenal! It is clear that they have worked to create an atmosphere that is relaxing, rejuvenating, and refreshing! Brittany is an expert in hair care and helped restore my thick healthy hair after Covid caused immense damage.She takes her time in helping me understand the products that are best for my hair and how to effectively use them. I’m beyond grateful for the talent of herself and her staff and will definitely continue to be a regular! If you are on the fence about giving Bloom Salon a try I highly recommend giving them a call!

    **UPDATE: Owner called me early the next day and was very apologetic and ensured that normally these things are included and it was just a mistake on their end. She offered to let me come back in for a complimentary wash/dry, but I declined and requested a partial refund as I have a busy schedule, which she agreed to. Appreciate the good customer service and would consider going back.**I booked a signature haircut which, per their website, was supposed to include: Haircut with style lesson, Hot Towel Treatment and relaxing scalp massage. I got none of that, just a dry haircut. Haircut was fine and my stylist was very nice, but overall, I wasn’t particularly impressed and the service felt expensive given there was no hair wash/shampoo or any of the fun extras that were in the description of what I booked.

    The facility is so clean and well organized, every single staff member i came into contact with was lovely and welcoming. even on the phone they were absolutely joyful to speak to. i got my hair done by Alex (studioriverandoak on instagram) for my graduation and she did such a fantastic job! she was so sweet and she even came in on her day off to take care of me. she is such a talented stylist, i 100% recommend her to anybody looking to come here! (they also had a mini bowl of candy and i was so happy)

    Wonderfully relaxing hair experience! Bloom salon is inviting and peaceful. The ambiance has been thoughtfully created to help guests feel comfortable and cared for. Salon owner Brittany is actively engaged in the daily functions. This is particularly nice to see. She is also an amazingly talented colorist and stylist! I have been frequenting Bloom since they opened - regular shampoo and blowout plus occasional color and cut/style - and I can say that the ladies here are excellent. Caleigh does my weekly shampoo and blowout. She does a wonderful job from wash to final product. I can walk in, sit down and she knows exactly what to do to make the magic happen. Over the times we have worked together she has taken the time to really get to know me, my hair and our needs. Now it is intuitive and seamless. I am so pleased every time I leave and regularly receive many compliments on her work. A few times I have been in the salon and one or another stylist had gotten backed up with a previous client, it was always so nice to see how the other stylist all work together to help each other out. This type of teamwork is refreshing. And… Bloom Salon uses and sells Davines products - the kindest products to use on your hair. If you are in the Wildlight area or really anywhere in Yulee, Callahan or Fernandina Beach, I highly recommend giving the ladies at Bloom Salon a chance to make your hair look and feel fabulous.

    I , new in town, came in for a pre- work trip work up. When the first look was fabulous but not exactly what I had envisioned and moderately against work regulation, this amazing group of fixers squeezed me in on a busy Saturday to give it another go. Three absolute savants, Karin, Caleigh, and Makayla crafted my hairs with low lights to warm up, smoothe out, and tone down the blonde-highlight contrast for a more natural, work - appropriate blend. I think thats the hair science behind it. Im so elated that I reached out and that they were so so so accommodating. My locks now resemble a yummy hazelnut peanut butter cup. Thanks, ladies!

    Like a many of us who moved here from other states, we all in search of new hair salon. The Bloom Salon was closest hair salon from my home, so after reading reviews and looking some other’s places near me, I decided to give it to try. I am very pleased with my visit. My hairstylist was very nice and caring ,listening and helping me to understand and decide what kind of service to choose for my hair.
