I have just moved to Crestview and this was my first haircut after moving here. I was dreading this moment; I have seen my previous barber for over 35 years. Tony, my previous barber, had told me the lingo, so I thought I could describe what haircut I wanted. As Charley began cutting, I became more apprehensive, because he wasn’t using the same technique as Tony had for the past 35 years. At one point I did stop him and asked him to change how he was cutting my hair. He said he appreciated me telling him in the middle of the haircut and not waiting until the end to tell him what I didn’t like. I did like the final result.

Bill was my batber first. He would be now but I no longer have hair to cut. He is my sons barber now. Bill offers a family environment with a great haircut. He i very professional and you can schedule an appointment, so no long waits. If you are looking, give him a try, you will be happy that you did.

I visited Craftsman Cuts a few weeks back and left thoroughly impressed with Bill and his establishment. First and foremost I was greeted when I walked in and instructed to put my name on the board. Greetings are key to me in these types of settings where you might not know anyone in the room. They immediately break the ice and start the path towards feeling welcomed. What I was most impressed about was the actual cut. Aside from it being great it was the process that stood out to me. I had a younger gentlemen working on my hair that I could tell was a little inexperienced. This didnt bother me at all. People learning and growing is what this life is about. Towards the end of the cut he asked Bill for some help. Not only was this young gentleman mature and brave enough to ask for help in the middle of a cut, but Bill graciously came over and coached him through it. There is a reason this place has been in business as long as it has.

First time getting a haircut here, but Gregory and Tre made me feel welcomed and got me an appointment at the last minute. Trae took his time going over every detail that its a misnomer to say haircut, but manscaped. Thanks guys.

The experience here is truly like no other ! The staff are very friendly and the warm family environment makes getting a haircut fun again ! I have loved this place since the minute i decided to give it a try ! I always leave knowing i’ll have a fresh cut ! This place is recommended to people of all ages ! Looking for a first cut for your young one ? Don’t worry they do those too ! They even do designs in your hair if you want one ! Overall, you will not leave disappointed when you come here !

I absolutely love this barbershop!! Bill did an amazing job, the vibe there is calm and inviting and did I mention how amazing my hair looks. Plus, there is a pool table and Bill knows what hes talking about. I wont be going anywhere else!

Amazing customer service. Friendly environment. Only place I take my son for a cut! He has very fine hair with lots of cowlicks, Mike takes his time and always makes my son look phenomenal.

I love this place, Ive known the owner Bill for years and he has 2 awesome barber shops and also salon..which is where I get my hair done@ my stylist is Talia Williams and she is amazing...you can get a great cut for men and get beautiful with the salon... awesome people at Craftsmans Cut North/South
