    I had a fantastic experience at Fantastic Sam’s Cut and Color. Not only did they do an excellent job cutting my hair, but they also went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The staff were very attentive, offering beverages and making sure I had everything I needed. Their attention to detail and customer care made the entire experience truly enjoyable. I will definitely come back again! The combination of their skill, and excellent customer service has made me a loyal customer. Highly recommend!

    I highly recommend this business. Terri, the manager is extremely talented and product knowledgeable. She knew exactly what to use and how to bring out the best in my hair. The salon was very clean with a friendly atmosphere. The customer service and products exceeded my expectations. I was completely impressed with her professionalism.     Went in to get my daughters hair cut and they were THE BEST! They gave my younger daughter crayons and put tinsel in both my girls hair. We got Princess treatment!

    We went today for the first time for a haircut for my almost two year old son, he is your average boy, doesn’t want to sit still long and very busy, the lady that cut his hair was so patient with him and made him comfortable, I highly recommend here for your haircut needs, the entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall great experience.

    Do you want beautiful blonde hair ?? If so , definitely check out Vanessa!! She did a wonderful job on my hair. I naturally have very dark brown hair. I came in looking to get my roots done and my ends lightened. I booked an appointment with Vanessa and she came through like nobody else. Great service , great price , and great employee. She even gave me a cute style and trim. More than pleased with my hair and if you want the same experience. Vanessa at Fantastic Sam’s is your girl.

    Ebony at the Crestview location is a wonderful hair stylist. Dying hair red isnt easy and she did a phenomenal job with no missed spots or streaks. Ive gotten so many compliments and I absolutely love it!

    My autistic son had his hair cut by Amber. She did a wonderful job and kept up good conversation with my son which helped him relax. She was attentive to his special needs and my son really enjoyed talking to her about Pokémon. I highly recommend this young lady. My son loves his new haircut.     Took my daughters to get their hair trimmed before Spring Break and both stylists (Theri and Jessica) were absolutely amazing! They both were so patient and kind making it such a great experience. Their hair cuts were perfect and they even added tinsel to their hair which they couldnt wait to show off. Thank you so much!     Tried Fantastic Sams today after not being happy with previous place I went to. Just want to say how amazing they were. I was greeted immediately with great kindness.     My 2 boys & myself had haircuts today. I had Liz. She was so nice & informative. she gave me exactly what I wanted & I never felt nervous about trusting her with my hair. my 2 boys had Theri & my youngest hadnt had a haircut in over 3 years. this was heartbreaking for me but she did EXACTLY what my little guy wanted and he just keeps smiling. he LOVES it & he looks so handsome! I am very happy with this visit & will definitely be going again. ask for Liz or Theri! 💕

    Ive been here twice (so far) and Crystal has been my stylist both times. She is amazing! Shes so friendly, and really goes above and beyond to make sure your hair turns out exactly the way you want! I had a vague idea of what hairstyle I wanted, and she was able to take that and come up with something that I ended up loving. She also put a lot of thought into which bleach volumes and toners to use for my highlights, and they turned out so well, blending with my previous highlights perfectly. I cannot reccomend her enough!

    From someone who gets nervous about salons due to my EXTREMELY thick and color damaged hair I have to say Crystal bleached and colored my hair for me and she did an AMAZING job. When I got there for my appointment she was finishing up with another client and I didn’t have to wait long at all. She was very professional but extremely funny and down to earth my hair was amazing and felt better than it had in years definitely will be returning !

    Crystal is absolutely amazing. Every time my mom, the best friend and I go, we request her only. She is absolutely funny and her great energy is the best thing to be around.     I just had the most amazing experience at a salon that I’ve ever had and that’s thanks to miss TIFFANY! And that’s coming from someone who’s gone to several of the more high end and expensive salons. Take your money and go to her. I promise you won’t be disappointed. My hair was extremely brassy and uneven and she worked absolute magic, the kind of talent that is very hard to come by. I will never go to another stylist ever again. I felt so comfortable from the time I walked in to the time I left. She even heated a towel and the cape in the dryer for me just in case I was cold, without me even asking!!! By far the best stylist anyone could ask for. This woman deserves everything and more. She is extremely understanding and takes her time to do everything perfectly and precisely, especially for the customers happiness! She even takes the time to explain everything with you as she goes and makes sure you know what’s happening and why. The end result is worth it. If you need a cut and especially color, PLEASE go to this amazing hair stylist. You won’t regret it. Run, don’t walk to book your appointment! I don’t know how she’s not fully booked all of the time!I will be giving this phenomenal stylist all of my support from this day forward, and I hope you all will too!

    Had my hair done yesterday by Crystal. I requested a curtain bang/butterfly cut and caramel balayage. I was nervous since I had already had bad experiences at 5 other professional Destin salons. She truly listened to everything I wanted and took her time with her technique to ensure she delivered. She also fixed the spots the other salons indented into my hair. Despite the pressure I inadvertently put on her, she absolutely NAILED IT and gave me the best cut and color I’ve had in 3 years since I moved to Florida. Crystal, you are absolutely amazing and saved my hair! Thank you!

    I first went to Tiffany when another lady in the shop who is now the manager completely messed up my hair to the point that I cried because I told the lady I needed my hair done for my daughters wedding. I even showed her a picture of what i would like .I spoke with the manager then and she called in Tiffany to fix it. My hair was nothing like the picture I showed the original lady. She went on and added what she called a mushroom color to my hair. Fast forward to Tiffany. It took her over 8 hrs to fix my hair and by the end I was so happy to have such a gorgeous hair color. Tiffany went above and beyond to fix my hair knowing I was not paying for her time. I went to my daughters wedding feeling and looking beautiful. I continue to go to Tiffany for all my hair needs still to this day. . Tiffany if up see this .Ill be seeing you soon!

    Tiffany is absolutely amazing! She listened to what my hair goals were and executed them perfectly. She changed my color from boring to a beautiful blond with seamless mocha highlights.     I needed a hair cut so I decided to take a trip down to fantastic sams which I heard they do really good cuts. Im military so I got to keep my head clean. I asked if they had time for a walk in and the young lady named Jessica perked up and said absolutely! I told her what I wanted and she went beyond than great! Definitely 10/10 recommend and will be coming back!

    Amazing kids-cut!!! Theri was fantastic. From letting my 2 1/2 year old wear a cape like Superman, to talking like pepper-pig, and giving instructions for my little man to watch in the mirror. She was really great with him and he actually sat still and listened to her explain. This experience was by far the most enjoyable we’ve had, when getting our little man’s hair trimmed. If I could give more than 5-stars, I would!

    My son had crystal saturday for his homecoming hair cut and did amazing!! Her costume for Barbie day theme they had was amazing and spot on and exactly like how are Barbie’s all looked like!!     Paige Bamborough is literally the absolute best. I had a not so great haircut someplace else and Paige was more than willing to fix it and not only does it look better...     7/2024: The stylists at this Fantastic Sams are always fantastic. They are not afraid to play with bold colors and styles and I have never walked out unhappy with my color (like the last time I found a very expensive independent color specialist who did something admittedly pretty but not at all my style or what Id asked for). These people will treat you right.Fall 2023: Asked for purple undercut and did they EVER deliver. WORTH EVERY PENNY. Id have the money to do it again even if every compliment Ive gotten was worth 1 cent.

    I just want to say that Vanessa is amazing! I called the salon in advance to make an appointment, and scheduled with someone (I was not provided with a name) for the following day at noon. When I arrived, I was informed that the appointment had not been recorded on the schedule. Vanessa did not hesitate to work me in however! She paid careful attention to my requests, and gave me a great wash, cut and blowout. Also, she is also such a joy to be around! If I were still in the area, I would definitely return.

    I received a hair cut last week and it was great. It was a fun/relaxing experience. The salon was quiet and clean. The stylist (Erica) was very understanding of what I was looking for without having to have a picture of exactly the cut I wanted. She was able to make my hair more lively, and bring back a lot of my curl by giving me layers. She also wasn’t afraid to give me honest feedback about suggestions for another cut or going with an even shorter style- which I really appreciated. I have received so many nice comments on this haircut, and I love how I look in the mirror now!! Thank you Erica!!

    I did some research and found this place had great reviews about many of the employees here so I thought I would go to them to get my hair cut. Keep in mind, I hadnt had my hair cut since Sept 2017, before I moved down here. I was nervous about getting it done but when I walked in they welcomed me and asked me what I was looking to get done. I told Terry that I didnt want to cut too much of it off but I wanted the unhealthy looking ends gone. She knew I was nervous and got me to relax by letting me watch the first cut. It really did help. We chatted while she cut my hair and even showed me what I should use on my hair and how to use it. It smells amazing and Ive definitely seen the difference since Ive been using it. I was very pleased with the service and the results from my hair cut and I will be going back to her in the future.     Ive been going to the one in Fort Walton Beach since the 90s. I only strayed from there twice and regretted it both times.I just moved to Crestview recently so decided to take the plunge and try out the one in Crestview instead of driving all the way into FWB just for a haircut. I had my haircut by the manager ( I cant recall her name, I apologize). Needless to say, it was my best haircut ever. She did a phenomenal job. I was extremely satisfied when I left. Never go anywhere else as long as I live and as long as I dont move to another town. Thank you

    My husband went in to get a haircut and the staff was very friendly. They listened to not just my wants but his as well, and they even caught that he needed his beard trimmed up! Would recommend all day, every day. And this is not a spam review either, unlike some of the reviews on this list.

(woman with long sandy blonde hair worked Sat 18th, I was in about 11:30 am)My only criticism is...one of the other stylists (woman with dark hair, who was in the back., I never saw her cut hair). Decided to complain about food, how she had to pay for food, she wasnt rich, food at Wendys was $20.00, she hadnt won the lottery. why did food cost so much...blah, blah, blah...food.

    Getting a hair cut can be a risky gamble, and when you find the right spot you cherish it and hope it will always be there. In Crestview it took a few months for me to find that spot but now, two years later, I couldnt be happier with the service, quality, and consistency of this spot. In all honesty Im moving to Fort Walton, but I will probably still drive back to Crestview for my haircuts. Thank Yall!!
