    Oh my gosh! Im not even sure where to begin. Lets just say, last week my week became unexpectedly depressing due to one bad hair experience. Thank you very much to the owner of this franchise for getting me in touch with Joey! I cant say enough great things about Joey. Hes authentic and sincere. This man can do some hair! He has ideas and ambition! Thank you, Joey, for taking me in and making my hair an envy and for making me feel much better about meeting new clients, patients, and other medical staff.Joey made sure I was happy with my hair, made sure I only had the two products needed to begin the repair to my hair, and was so pleasant to talk and laugh with!Thank you for an amazing experience.

    Savannah was great. Very friendly and had me in and out yet still one of the better cuts Ive gotten. 32 years and never had the same person cut my hair twice. First time Ive asked someone for their regular schedule.

    Tracy did a really great job! She took her time and cut my layers beautifully. I have SUPER long hair which can be intimidating to a lot of stylists. Usually places like this are very speedy and do things in a hurry to get the next customer in, resulting in a subpar haircut. However, Tracy took her time and did a phenomenal job and was very thorough while remaining efficient. Would highly recommend her.

    Suzie did a great job and saw me basically immediately—and I’d walked in around noon on a Friday. Shampoo and cut for only $30! Also I’m pretty introverted, talkative when prompted but I’m perfectly happy sitting quietly while my stylist works. Suzie was thankfully not talkative, and I know that might be a downside for others, but personally I’m grateful. She checked in with me on the cut of course, but no small talk. This was my first time here, and I definitely think I’ll come back next time I need a cut!

    The entire experience was great at the Crestview location near Publix! They are such a friendly group it was like hanging out with friends, and it was my first visit. I had a wash, cut, and straighten followed by eyebrow waxing. Savannah did an amazing job and the results were exactly what I had requested with my cut. Another stylist, Joey was also very knowledgeable and helpful with advisements on how to achieve and maintain the style I wanted. All in all a very enjoyable afternoon. I definitely will be back and look forward to my next visit.

    I am a pretty easy person to get their hair cut. Nothing too special or fancy, which is the reason I come here. I used to frequent Great Clips, almost bi-monthly, but we had treated my family and me terrible so they completely lost our patronage. They full blown refused to cut our hair 1 hour from closing. They claimed they had ”paperwork” to do, and leave g only one person to Cut hair for my kids and I. We even used their online check in app as well. But enough of them, since we took our business elsewhere.Then we went to the Supercuts location near Walmart, which parking can be a bit of a hassle getting inside if they are busy next door. Dont get me wrong they are good too, but more on the busier side since they don’t have enough people working there sometimes, which can increase wait times heavily.Since this location is literally down the road, with multiple ways to get to, plenty of parking and in my opinion the superior customer service. All the hair stylist there know who you are, and remember how you like your hair cut. I’ve never had anything less than a great experience here, and in busy days I don’t even mind waiting for someone.Now I don’t really request any specific stylist, they all seem to remember you, and know how to cut hair, so you’re always in good hands here.

    Love!!! Crystal H. is the best!!! I had over bleached my hair and then dyed it dark and fried it. She had amazing suggestions for treating it and suggested an amazing shampoo on request. She then cut it perfectly and all with a smile and great personality 😊😊😊 Thank you. Ill be back!!! This was 2 years ago and google will only let me update my review :/My new stylist here is Jennifer W and she is fabulous. She listens and does exactly what i want done. They always have time for walk-ins and their appointments actually run on time. I love going here and that the location is so convenient!

    Ive been seeing this location for the last few years. Ive never picked a specific person till my last few times, where Ive been using Joey. I used him in the past to do my roots to maintain platinum blonde, which isnt an easy task. Ive also more recently had to have a bad dye job from another state addressed ( uneven, very botchy and way too dark ) and he did a fantastic job getting it more managed. Its not 100% perfect but we dont want to risk more damage to my hair, hes also recommend amazing product for my hair which is really helping its health after all the issues its had. So lucky I found this guy, I highly recommend him.

    Totally professional and kind. Even with limited occupancy during this pandemic, they managed to get me in the door, in a chair and finished in about 30 minutes, and I didnt even have an appointment! They did exactly what I asked and my hair feels just as amazing as it did pre-lockdown. No at home cut mishap needed... I will be going back here in the future for fast service.

    I grew out a pixie because I had a very aggressive ear cancer. My dermatologist suggested I grow my hair out to cover my ears. After 8 long months, Crystal cut it into the cutest bob. I absolutely love it. I mean I LOVE it. I highly recommend Crystal at Supercuts.

    My elderly sister goes here and only here for her hair, nice people, clean good service. She has been friends with the manager for years. Very busy in both locations, one next to publix the other in front of walmart. Great staff very friendly. Clean, fast service even when busy. She will continue to get her hair cut here.

    I was doing a surprise for my husband. He was talking about how he wanted a haircut from a shop for about a week so I went to this location explained I wanted to prepay and pretip and explained how I would like to see his hair cut and shortly I would be sending my husband in.
