    I used Femme Akoi for my hair and makeup at my wedding on 4/5/2025 in clearwater. They were very easy to book with and a makeup artist came to us. We didnt need to bring anything for her and she had everything she needed.I am not the best at hair and make up but explained what I wanted and she did a great job! I really liked the way that I looked throughout the whole event. My hair is also very straight and doesnt hold a curl well and my hair stayed looking great all the way through the after party. I addition my make up stayed without any running or smudging all the way through the night. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for hair and makeup.

    Femme Akoi was the perfect choice for hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and I to all feel so beautiful on our wedding day! I initially had a trial with Maddie and she made me feel so comfortable and beautiful I knew this would be the company I chose! Since I lived out of town and had my trial over a year in advance, I knew I would probably not get Maddie for my actual wedding but from Femme Akoiā€™s Instagram and reviews I knew any artist I got would do an amazing job. On the day of the wedding Ana, Grissel, and Angel were all ready and set up right on time and had us all looking amazing exactly on schedule. Ana did my makeup and Grissel did my hair and they made me feel the most beautiful Iā€™ve ever felt in my life and Grissel did my dream braided hairstyle absolutely perfectly. While they were doing our hair and makeup they were all so nice and chatted with us and made it such a delightful getting ready experience. I would definitely recommend Femme Akoi as well as Ana and Grissel to anyone and everyone I know planning their wedding!

    I am so so grateful we booked Femme Akoi for my wedding day hair and makeup!! They were so easy to communicate with leading up to the wedding and I was happy to be able to book a trial well in advance. Maddie did an incredible job with my hair and makeup, she listened to any suggestions I had and made any adjustments needed as well. I have been a bridesmaid in many weddings and this was the best hair and makeup team I have ever come across. I donā€™t wear makeup often so I am always nervous to get it professionally done that it will look too much, but it was perfect on my wedding day and I still felt like me.Maddie, Grissel, and Aliyah together were amazing on the day of, they arrived on time and worked so efficiently through the 6 bridesmaids, myself, and two moms that we were done early (which also had never happened at any of the weddings I have been in). All of my bridesmaids raved about their hair and makeup as well, they loved it and felt so comfortable and confident that day. Thank you so much!

    Aliyah did an absolutely amazing job on my hair and makeup for our wedding. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful that day! The booking process with Femme Akoi was also very easy. They were very responsive and listened to my questions. They were also extremely accommodating when we needed to make a last minute change to our timeline!

    Femme Akoi did an AWESOME job with makeup and hair styling for my wedding in March 2025. From the inquiry to trial to scheduling and day of, they were great. Creating a proposal with them was easy from the get go, and they kept up clear and consistent communication as the date of my wedding came closer. Really appreciated the text option for scheduling/asking questions as it made it easy to coordinate when I had a slow moment during the work week. We had some last minute changes to makeup/hairstyling numbers and Femme Akoi was open to these and clearly communicated what would result in further charges/what could be done without this. Trial and day of - Lana was EXCELLENT. So kind, funny as can be, and made me and my family/bridal party feel so comfortable. We were so happy with the services, the care she gave to making us feel heard with our styling, and just her as a human. You can tell she and Femme Akoi love what they do. Cant recommend them enough!!!

    Working with Femme Akoi has been a dream! From the trial to the day of, there was no lack of communication! We had 15 people get hair and makeup services, and they were incredible! The hair and makeup lasted all night, and we all received tons of compliments! I could not recommend them enough!! I had Maddie do my bridal hair and makeup and she was AMAZING! The whole team brought the vibes and made the morning so smooth!

    Iā€™m so glad we chose Femme Akoi for our hair and makeup! I donā€™t usually wear a lot of makeup, and they did an amazing job creating a glamorous look that was still natural and not overdone. Throughout the entire process, the team was incredibly responsive via email and very accommodating with scheduling the trial.We had the pleasure of working with Ana, Maddie, Janice, and Briana, and they were all so sweet, professional, and incredibly talented!     I had Christine out to do my and my girls hair and makeup for my wedding a few weeks ago in Moab, Utah. I live in Florida and she has been doing my hair coloring and cutting + H&MU for 11 years now. Im a photographer and I recommend Femme Akoi on a near constant basis to my own brides as her and her team are the best.I couldnt be happier with how amazing Christine is, she absolutely killed it and I couldnt be happier.     Incredible wedding make up! I had Allie for 2 days - elopement followed by a large family/friends reception. My make up for both events looked absolutely incredible. Allie and the Femmeakoi team were extremely responsive, flexible on schedules and willing to travel. On day 2, Allie was assisted by Ana and both of the artists killed it. My bridesmaids loved their make up and they provided everyone with a little touch up kit which the ladies loved. Would definitely recommend the Femmakoi team.

    I have never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day and I canā€™t thank the team and artists at Femme Akoi enough! Our artists were Andrea, Aimee & Megan and they couldnā€™t have been better for me and my bridal party!I had Andrea for my Bridal Makeup & Aimee for my Bridal Hair and both turned out AMAZING! Andrea not only killed it with my makeup but she was also so fun to work with and really brought the best positive energy with her! She listened to my thoughts and executed everything I had asked for perfectly. My skin looked amazing, I felt glowy and I would recommend her to anyone 1000 times over! Aimee was equally as amazing! I ended up switching up the style a little different than what I had at my trial and she was so open to listening to what I was wanting. My hair was so full and had the most volume, it looked awesome. Megan was another stylist there to help Andrea and Aimee out with Bridal party hair and makeup and she did such a great job! Everyone looked beautiful and loved their looks!The team and coordinators communicating with myself and my planner, specifically Allie and Katlyn, were so responsive and had every question I had answered ASAP, which I really appreciated. They were so organized and helpful and made the process as smooth as possible.Overall we had an incredible experience with Femme Akoi and would highly recommend to any bride in need of hair & makeup! šŸ¤

    Adrianna at Femme Akoi was absolutely amazing! She did my hair and makeup along with my mothers makeup and sisters hair and makeup on my wedding day. Wedding day was Feb 14th in Ocala. Everything from the trial day to the wedding day, Adrianna was so great! Friendly, on time, professional, and experienced. I got so many compliments on my hair and makeup. Even at the end of the night people were saying it looked like I had just got it done. And that was 8 hours later! Would highly recommend Adrianna and Femme Akoi!

    I hired Femme Akoi for my hair and makeup on my wedding day and I could not have been happier with how everything turned out. Jessica and Tori were amazing; I knew I was in good hands with them. Jessica worked on me and she was so receptive to my feedback and really understood the vibe I was going for. She is the blowout QUEEN. Tori did my bridesmaids and gave them the most darling updos. The studio was also very accommodating to my timeline changes and other requests, and were quick to respond to my texts or emails. Would highly recommend Femme Akoi to other brides!

    For my wedding, I booked this salon and I was given Lana who did my hair and makeup. Lana was so talented, supportive and knew exactly how to execute what I wanted for my bridal hair and makeup. My hair and makeup lasted through my whole wedding day with everything in place. As well as, Lana was skilled and very accurate to execute what look my mom wanted for my wedding. She truly is beautiful in her skill and in who she is. I recommend Lana for any event!The pricing was $300 for bridal makeup and $220 for regular hair and makeup however Lana was truly worth it!

    Femme Akoi was amazing!!! They did mine and my bridesmaids hair and make up for my wedding back in January 2024 & they crushed it!!! I was able to schedule a trial about 6 months before the big day & it was the same girls for my wedding! Loved my hair and make up trial, however wanted a few things tweaked before the day of & on the day, they were so receptive and didnā€™t make a big deal of anything. The company was extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with during the planning process. They took so many actions during planning to make sure the big day was seamless. They were right on time and so efficient. Katlyn did all the hair and makeup for my bridesmaids and absolutely delivered. They both looked and felt beautiful. Now Geisel!!! She did my hair and makeup and I truly felt the most beautiful I ever have. She listened so well to any changes I wanted from our trial and I was not afraid to let her know of any tweaks I needed. Grissel is so sweet and so talented, I am so grateful I was able to work with her.

    Making the decision for your wedding day hair and makeup is a big deal. Your wedding photos are something youā€™ll cherish your whole life. I could not have been happier to have chosen Femme Akoi for my bridal hair and makeup.I did my hair and makeup trial with Lana and Allie, and right off the bat I was so happy with it. As someone with long and thick hair, my updo did not budge even a tad. And my makeup literally lasted the entire day, as someone with more oily skin. They really listened to what I wanted, and had no problem making any types of adjustments based off of my preferences.Come wedding day, my bridesmaids and I got to work with Allie, Lana and Camery. They were super professional, showed up early and made sure that we were finished before we even had to depart for the venue. All of my bridesmaids all felt and looked beautiful. And I just felt so beautiful, because these ladies just truly did such an amazing job. Not only were they all super sweet and fun to chat with during everything, they are also wonderful and experienced at their jobs. My hair and makeup lasted all day, despite how much I was jumping and dancing on my dancefloor. It was honestly so impressive. I owe such a huge thank you to all of them for helping make my wedding day so perfect.

    If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. My makeup artist Drayuh was PERFECT for my wedding. I loved every minute with her. She fully listened to my vision and brought it to life and more. Ive never felt more beautiful while also feeling like myself. During my trial, she made detailed notes and took pictures to fully capture my look. Leading up to my wedding she answered all the questions i had when it come to makeup and was more and happy to give me suggestions and advice. On the wedding day, she was so much fun and professional. She did my entire parties makeup and everyone had nothing but compliments and smiles on her work. I would 10/10 recommend her to anyone.

    Madison, Sofia & Christine were amazing!!! They traveled to our venue to do hair & makeup for myself and my 2 bridesmaids, as well as my mom and my close family friend who was officiating. They were all so friendly, patient, and helped create the perfect look for everyone. Even though they had an emergency come up on their end, it didnt affect our timeline at all. Christine did both my hair and makeup and she did an INCREDIBLE job. I was blown away with how amazing it all came together!     I choose Femme Aoki for my wedding hair and makeup for myself, 3 bridesmaids and 2 mothers. Im so happy with their services and beyond happy with how our hair/makeup turned out! The Femme Aoki team was patient with me as I have a lot of hair (plus extensions) and struggled with my hair vision during the trials. BUT Grissel was amazing and absolutely nailed my wedding day hair. I got SO many compliments about how beautiful my hair was. She also did everyone elses hair and they looked amazing. Casey did all of our makeup and she was so talented! During the trial with her, I told her I wanted to full coverage wedding day but not ~too~ glam and she knew exactly what to do. Communication was great and planning with the team was great. 10/10 would recommend the Femme Aoki team for your wedding day!!

    I was initially connected with Femme through my wedding planner. After the trial hair/makeup went perfectly, we ended up booking them for all hair/makeup services for me, my bridesmaids, flower girls etc. Several days before the wedding, we were faced with some difficult decisions as hurricane Helene was causing some flooding and there were concerns as to whether or not our original venue would be available. Every step of the way Femme Akoi provided us with reassurance they would be wherever we needed them. Their reassurance, flexibility and professionalism helped give me peace of mind amongst all the chaos. Allie, Ayla and Kianyā€™s were SO sweet and their hair and makeup services on myself and everyone else was astounding and everyone received compliments throughout the night. I cannot thank them enough and I would HIGHLY recommend them to any other bride looking for hair/makeup services for their wedding!

    Christine & her team, Vinette & Katlyn did an amazing job. My bridesmaids had the most perfect hair and makeup glam. Each artist listened very closely and worked with each girl to make sure they were happy with their look. They were all so easy to work with and they were so much fun. It is not easy finding a makeup artist in Florida who has tons of experience with asian skin & eyes. But Christine absolutely killed it.     I am so glad we hired Femme Akoi for wedding day hair and makeup services! The whole process of booking Femme Akoi was a breeze, and Allie, who often answered calls/emails, was an angel!! She handled all my questions and made adjustments for us as we got closer to the wedding date. She and Katlyn also reached out well in advance to design our timeline of services.Aliyah did my hair and makeup for my engagement photo shoot, and it was fantastic! I was lucky enough to have her (makeup) and Cassidy (hair) for my bridal trial and wedding day! They are SO good at what they do, and they are a total joy to be around! They also completed hair and makeup services for 9 people in a very reasonable amount of time, so we didnā€™t have to start our day too early!     I recently got married in January, and was so incredibly happy with how my hair & makeup turned out. My bridesmaids, mom, MIL, and I had our hair done by Victoria, and our makeup done by Grissel and Hollie. All of my ladies looked stunning. The number one thing I wanted from my hair/ makeup on my wedding day was for it to be natural so that I ultimately felt like myself. These ladies completely executed on that, and I was truly thankful for that. On top of genuinely listening to what I was looking for, they were beyond patient with my picky self :) At one point while I was getting my hair done, I was starting to feel stressed about the time - Victoria was so calm and reminded me to take deep breaths, which I really appreciated because it helped in allowing me to enjoy the moment. Thank you thank you thank you, to these fantastic ladies, who are so great at what they do! I am so happy to have had them as such a big part of our wedding day.

    Femme Akoi is all around perfection! They were there for me and my army of girls on my special day. My trial was done on the day of my boudoir shoot (as my wedding present for my hubby). It was perfect. She made me look exactly how I had hoped for... but better. Christine is not only amazing at what she does, (both hair and make up), but is overall such a delight to talk to and be around. So it makes the whole experience fun, exciting and light. She just makes you feel like a princess :)Then on the big day Christine arrived with her troop of girls, Alex, and Sofia. They all got to work right away and kept the mood happy and exciting. There were 8 bridesmaids, and 5 junior bridesmaids and flower girls, PLUS ME! They showed up on time, (possibly even 5 minutes early), and got everyone done in well before the time needed, which was great because there was no stress or crazy rushing. I was so impressed with how beautiful all my girls looked as well as my little sweet girls (one of them being my daughter). I felt like she captured the natural look I was going for which was important to me. When I was walking up to meet my sweet man who was all smiles, (and teary eyed) I could tell he saw me, and not just a face caked full of make-up. Everything went off without a hitch and these group of woman were true professionals in addition to being so much fun to have around on that day. After the ceremony, Christine found me and had her handy make up emergency kit to touch me up without me even having to ask her. She stayed on top of it all night and was truly above and beyond what I expected. I have included many pictures to show their fine work. Come wedding day 2/25/24 we had both Luci and Tina. And we had a fairly large group getting services done. Every single person was thrilled with their hair and makeup. They kept to the timeline, had everyone done on time and even did touchups at the very end to make sure everyone was ready to go.     I could not say anything but amazing compliments about these ladies. I got married 10/28/22 in Anna Maria FL. I live in NY and booking all online was horrifying for me to think about but they were quick to respond and very effective with all communication with trials and timelines for the day of. Andrea and Adrianna came to do the hair and make up for my girls and moms. They were so kind and friendly. They both had us laughing through the day. They made the experience very easy and worry free. Madeline was my artist for hair and make up. Even with tweaks the day of that was different from my trial run, she was excellent (and not to Mention very fast but still efficient ). It was 80 degrees with not a cloud in the sky and let me say Iā€™m a sweater šŸ˜… my hair and make up looked practically perfect at the end of the night. With the minor drop out that youā€™d expect but I still looked well put together. The studio offered me a free trial with Lana, who would be my new stylist. I felt confident I wouldnt need it but was so grateful they offered. We had three artists for my wedding, Lana, Andrea and Camery. All three were on-time, so kind and fun and ended up finishing ahead of schedule. All of the bridesmaids, moms, grandmas, and myself looked and felt beautiful. They stylists took the time to thoughtfully choose hair styles and makeup that would complement each woman as an individual.We started the day with Femme Akoi at 6:15 am, and 11 of us still had perfect hair and makeup by midnight in a day of June humidity and a night of dancing. From the initial booking months before my wedding day until the big day, they were so easy to work with and were great communicators. I had an awesome trial experience that exceeded my expectations. Leaving my trial I was so excited to be working with Aliyah as my bridal hair and makeup stylist. I felt equally relieved when Cassidy and Ana helped me, my sister, and my mom get ready with hair and makeup for my rehearsal dinner and when Aliyah and Kiany glammed everyone up for the wedding day. All of the girls were so fun to hangout with and made the getting ready experience so relaxed and enjoyable. Everyone was getting compliments on their hair and makeup ALL DAY LONG.     Booking Femme Akoi was one of the best decisions I made during the planning process- they were one of my favorite vendors! Not only did I feel the prettiest I have ever felt on my wedding day (THANK YOU, CASSIDY AND ALIYAH), but the others from my family who used them felt the same. The hair and makeup came out exactly as I had dreamed of and lasted the entire night (through tears, sweat, dancing, etc.!) They responded immediately after I contacted them about services, and once dates were confirmed and contracts were signed, the communication and flexibility were nothing but great. I was able to answer a questionnaire, upload inspo photos, schedule trials, etc all from the portal. I specifically requested Ana since I loved her Instagram, and Femme matched me with Cassidy based on my hair inspo photos. Between the trial and the wedding day, I could not be happier. Both Ana and Cassidy knocked it out of the park and were so great to work with. We had an early morning start time, and they even worked ahead of schedule.     Best wedding day hair and makeup! Maddie made my trail of hair come to life for the wedding and the make up I did not do a trail but she made me feel at ease with everything she did. The make up came out amazing for the wedding. Both Maddie and Jessica were on time, professional, fun and were the best hair/makeup team my bridesmaids and I. Both were so professional and consistent and even my bridesmaids that are not big makeup people felt so comfortable and looked natural.     Femme Akoi was the studio that I chose to do my hair and make-up for both myself and my bridesmaids/flower girls. My stylist was Monica and she was absolutely fabulous. She literally transformed me into a showstopping stunner on my wedding day, so much that my husband balled like a baby. The make-up artists were fun and upbeat on my wedding day, beautifying my entire bridal party. While I had a trial at another studio, they were the most responsive, professional, and reasonably priced. I actually ended up doing 2 trials with them to ensure the look I wanted was the right one and boy, did they knock it out of the park. Their studio is absolutely adorable and so chic. (I did a hair/makeup trial with Maddie a few months prior to my wedding as well, and loved her so she alone did both my hair and makeup again on my wedding day as requested by me).     I absolutely loved my experience with Femme Akoi. I had Christine do my make-up for my wedding and she totally got my vision. I donā€™t like wearing a lot of make up and Christine did my make up perfectly. Not to much around the eyes but enough to look fabulous in photos. I wouldnā€™t have changed a thing. Although I cried a lot throughout the day, my make up stayed in place and looked flawless. Christine is so sweet and I am super grateful I was able to have her! She also did my bridesmaids and their make up looked amazing too.Sofia did my hair and she is a dream. I have very curly hair that I blow-dry to make manageable, and my hair stayed perfectly curled and frizz-free the whole day.     Christine is an amazing hair/makeup artist. As an Asian with monolids, I have a very hard time finding a makeup artist who is able to work well with my face/eye shape... I took a leap of faith with Christine, did a couple trials, and she NAILED the look I wanted for my wedding. I had my make up/hair done several hours before the ceremony, but it lasted all hours of the night without needing a touch up. Christine was really great at styling my hair and make up then and since. I moved on to getting my cut and color with Christine and I always look great and get amazing compliments. Sheā€™s also super knowledgeable about hair care and products and has steered me into some really great products for my hair.Anytime I have a special event I contact them immediately.     Femme Akoi has been my go-to for hair and makeup for years. Christine has always done a fantastic job every single time weve worked together--and I mean, knocked it out of the park--I feel, due to the fact that she has an exceptional ability as a visual artist first and foremost. She envisions a final look and each step of the way brings to life a complementary but transformative and stunning look.Everything I know about makeup, Ive learned from watching her transform my face and my complexion. She does an incredible job of naturally and subtly (or drastically, if you want her to!) drawing out your best features.Ive used Femme Akoi for corporate video shoots, family photo sessions, personal headshots, parties and special events, halloween makeup, etc., etc. Ive referred her out to so many people and all have had equally great experiences. If I ever get married, shes who Ill use. Hands down. No contest. Her team is fantastic - you wont be disappointed!

    I discovered femme akoi after one of my best friends hired christine & her crew for her wedding. christine did my makeup FLAWLESSLY. i have a lot of pitted acne scarring / hyperpigmentation from previous acne and it was barely noticeable.i decided after never ever coloring my hair that i wanted a change. i went in for a color and trim in june and christine did once again an amazing job! she is not only excellent at what she does (hair AND makeup) she is also so warm and friendly.

    Katlyn and Jessica were absolutely amazing. They were kind and patient and absolutely NAILED what each of the girls asked for. They made us all feel beautiful and we are so glad we had them as our wedding day HMU artists. On the administrative side, there was a mistake made on the contract. After we paid in full they told us we owed them more because they made a mistake with the contract. We didnā€™t like that after paying all that money and there were no changes to the contract, we had to pay them more. We understand oversights happen, but we wish it had been handled differently. Other than that blip, their work is amazing!

    Femme Akoi was a great choice for my wedding day to get me glammed up! I opted for the trial and I am so glad I did - it helped me figure out what to do with my hair and I learned that my original vision (based on magazines and the internet) was not the right look for me or my wedding day, outside, on the beach. The staff and coordination from my initial contact to the day of were on point. I never had to guess or wonder what was going on - they were on it every step of the way. The day of the wedding my stylist was on time to my bridal suite at the wedding venue! Thank you so much!

    Christine at Femme Akoi is a true artist. She does the most beautiful hair & makeup that Ive ever seen. Her care and attention to detail make you feel so special when shes working on you, and you leave her salon feeling like a supermodel, and you kinda are, because she takes incredible pictures of her work afterwards and sends them to you, so not only do you look and feel pretty, you now have a picture of it. These added personal touches are what sets her apart, she truly cares, listens to what you want, and then works her magic. She has done our hair/makeup for family photos, and she does exactly what you want her to do, and will also suggest things which is helpful since shes the professional and does tons of weddings and photoshoots. I cant say enough about Christine, she is THE best!!!

    Jaide was so fabulous! Highly recommend her for any of your wedding and/or make up needs. She even helps with hair even though thatā€™s not her normal specialty.
