I had a great experience at this Supercuts. I made an appointment on line which was easy. I was greeted with warm friendly smiles. Willie was my stylist. He was very professional. Willy is a wonderful soul... I didnt expect to have such a nice person cut my hair. I was a walk-in appointment on a Friday afternoon. I was immediately taken care of my a calm, very competent young woman. I have wavy, curly hair and have not had a hair cut in over two years. My stylist was unflappable! She took her time with me. She used and recommended two products that would benefit my hair. I am ecstatic over how my hair looks now!

Customer service was excellent. I have thick black hair and it is very long but last haircut l received was not right. The stylist was able to straighten my hair and cut my hair that l could either wear it down or pull it up in a ponytail.

I wanted to update my below 2 Star review to 4 Star as I had a very positive response from the Owner and Manager at this location. As you can see from the Owners response, they have acknowledged I was overcharged and have agreed to hold that towards my next service with followup by the Manager. I received a phone call from Bobbi who is the location Manager and she was very apologetic for the incident, even remembered my being there. Thank you, SuperCuts Dunedin for looking into this issue so quickly.**************************************************************I just ran in to the Dunedin location to have my undercut sides shaved down. No wash, no scissor cutting, not even a comb or brush through my hair, just a clipper to my sides and back to bring them to 1/4 inch. $25!!!! I’ve never paid Supercuts that much for a clipper trim to my undercut, ever! I asked the woman who did my service if that was correct and she assured me it was. Never again!! I am actually in shock. If I knew it would be that much I would have had a full service. On a positive she has good skill.

Oh my gosh!!! I’m in heaven! First time there. Late, so it wasn’t busy. My stylist was Naco… I’ve had my hair done in many of the finest salons, and I can’t think of a better, more relaxing shampoo! Naco definitely took his time… massaged my temples head and neck! Just a super nice, friendly person in addition to the great shampoo. He made me forget about knee pain that I have. I am moving close by there soon and that’s now my new spot and stylist. What a gem!

I came in to get my hair colored. At first I was alarmed at how orange /red the roots looked. Bobby (the guy) was very knowledgeable and I felt like I could trust him. I told him I thought it was the lighting in the store. I gave him a 20% tip knowing I would ask for him again. I got home and sure enough, the lighting is different at home. The soft brown color was perfect for adding a few blonde highlights later! It was so pretty and natural my husband said he loved it when I walked in the door!! So glad I came in. If you are searchin for a professional stylist...you have come to the right place and chosen Bobbi Jo. I have been going to her for yrs. and for me that is something as I am soooo fussy with WHO cuts my hair. I change styles often bringing a picture for her to copy of the haircut I want and she never fails me. You can tell her Flo recommended her and I know you will be satisfired over and over again. She was also recently made the Store Manager and deserves to be. She loves what she does and it shows over and over again.

I went in to get some color correction and I was taken care of by two great guys, Peter and Nach. I described what I was hoping to achieve and Peter listened and then recommended the best way to accomplish my goal. From then on they both took such excellent care of me! Peter took his time even though I got there at 5 PM and it was going to take every remaining minute of the day to do my hair. I have never been so impressed with the service, care and professional knowledge and skill that I was shown during my visit. I could keep repeating myself over and over because I just cant say enough good things about these two stylists. I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks and could not have been more pleased with my experience. I will always go back to Peter and Nach from now on. Highly recommended!!!

Absolutely love love love this place! Cristiano was my stylist and for once, in over four years, SOMEONE ACTUALLY CUT MY HAIR THE WAY I WANTED AND NEEDED!! Not just the top looks fantastic, but he cut my undercut without taking extra hair with it! 5 out of 5 for this salon! Highly recommend to any woman, man, or child that wants a fresh cut done right! Finally found my permanent stylist.
