    Love this place! Curtis is now the only person I will allow to touch my hair when it’s time for a fresh cut. His price is very reasonable, it’s easy to get an appointment with him, and his skill when it comes to cutting and styling is excellent. I have never been let down by him and he helps me to have great style that is unique to me.Number one favorite thing I have found here compared to other salons is that when I’m looking for a new look he finds a way to make it work for me and my hair type instead of putting it down or out right rejecting it ( have had this experience at other shops sadly).Highly recommended.

    I recently moved here and I visited another salon before finding Class Act. I received a “High and tight” at the first place. Too short and too masculine. It is the only time I can remember not tipping the stylist. I literally cried while driving home. But not at Class Act! Curtis knew exactly what I wanted. I am so happy! Nobody else with be styling my hair!

    Amazing service, excellent cut very experienced and almost knew what I wanted immediately. Took care of me and my brother we both have very curly and usually hard to cut hair for some stylists. He got us taken care of quickly and with a fresh cut!Thank you Curtis, I will definitely return.

    I’m New to the area, I’m very picky with my hair stylists to touch my hair over many years, so I just googled places & this place came up. I read reviews and made the call & Im so glad I did!     Curtis is THE BEST professional hairstylist ever!!! He does our entire families hair. Today he washed, cut, and styled our two teenage boys hair. Last week he did my husband and toddlers hair. Curtis is FANTASTIC with toddlers and children. He uses top quality hair products and is talented at his craft. Curtis has a wonderful personality and gives us A+ customer service everytime we have gone into his studio. We will refer everyone to him for all of their hair care needs.Thank you Curtis!!!!

    If you’re looking for an affordable, quick and the BEST haircut of your life, Curtis is your guy.Thankfully, I live about 3 minutes from his shop, but I would literally drive an hour to get a cut.Curtis is a Master of his craft and always fun to chat with.6 outta 5 stars. I highly recommend.

    Got my haircut today, Curtis was very personal and made sure i liked everything he did. i showed him a picture of what i wanted, and he cut it very similar to the picture. very big difference before and after, as he cut a lot of my hair off and faded my hair very nicely.

    Curtis is just such a nice guy and down to earth. He couldnt ask me enough on what I was wanting for my hair color, recommened color for me. He makes sure his client is happy and gets the style they want. He is extremely professional and a very skilled stylist. I love my hair and will be back. Only down side is my hair grows so slow...lol I hope he remembers me when I come back!!Thank you Curtis!!!

    Curtis did a fantastic job with my hair, very knowledgeable and professional walking you through exactly what hes doing with your hair and why hes doing it, reasonably priced as well. He helped me pick out a similar but different style and it looked great, very satisfied with the service, will definitely be coming back here in the future and highly recommending him to those looking for a great salon experience.

    Desperately in need of a trim, I lucked into finding Class Act Hair in Dunnellon, FL! Curtis gave me one of the best hair cuts Ive ever had! And, Ive had a lot in many different salons all over the country. Curtis is not just a hair cutter, hes a stylist. Big difference. Hes a professional and didnt just listen to what I wanted done, he actually did it. I love my cut! And, you cant beat the price. His card says big city hair at small town prices and its definitely true. I would highly recommend Curtis, whether you just want a little trim or you want to turn his creativity loose. He gets 5 stars from me! Review has my husbands name, but Im (Cheri) the one who got my hair cut. Im trying to talk my husband into having Curtis trim his hair, too.

    This gentleman was AMAZING! We are from England and have found it very hard to find someone that knows hair and people the way Curtis does. His manner and attention to detail was unmatched by anyone we have used since we moved here. The way he is with our children is FANTASTIC too…they loved the experience and he made our girls feel special with their salon experience. The fact he was able to provide style cuts for my son and I as well as the girls was also a huge bonus as our previous experience with Barbours here has not been wonderful…. just a necessity. We will not be using anyone else. My wife is now ACTUALLY excited about getting her hair done again the way she was back home….👍

    I just moved to the area and needed a new hair stylist. Curtis took such good care of me and made me feel welcome. It was one of the best haircuts I ever had. We decided to lighten my hair because my previous stylist had been coloring it black (too harsh). My color is perfect! I will be seeing Curtis monthly.

    LADIES AND GENTLEMEN LISTEN UP PLEASE!I read reviews for Class Act and I observed customer interaction in person and here is what I found.One review said ......Curtis gave me the best haircut I ever had ....and let me tell you this...... Curtis did indeed give me the best haircut I ever had!!I observed him fuss over a customer to be certain they were happy......double checking everything was perfect and making sure they were satisfied before they left the chair....taking time to interact with them on a personal level and never lost focus on them until they walked out the door.....then it was my turn.The focus is on you when it is your turn trust me .....heres my proof.Curtis sat me down and said..... talk to me....how much time do you want to spend on your hair each day....what to you like and dislike about your hair....let me tell you what I think and well talk about it.He constantly interacts with you....allows you get a feel for what he has done so far....and gives you the opportunity to interrupt and alter as you go along.Who does that?Curtis does that!!Wiith a personable attitude, refreshing work ethic and super personality on the side!You will not be disappointed!

    Curtis def know how to cut hair! Hes proven it to me. However, he has this aura about him that is negative and it causes you to feel intimidated. Im an attractive outgoing 50 y/o woman. I was blessed to have grown up with an attractive stylish mother who was a hairdresser. Im confident and down to earth. But when I walk in and sit in his chair, I almost become nervous and I try to be overly nice back dont know what his mood or response is going to be. Hes been down right rude. I dont know if hes been burned before or maybe hes just an unhappy person. But he will NOT guide you through it help you make decisions with your hair! If you hem and haw, hell get jerky about it and say I cant make a decision for you. Its your hair.. Its almost like if he could, hed hand you the scissors. He acts in a very intimidating manner. Im sure your asking why then did I give 4 starts? Because if youre a confident person, can ask for exactly what you want, point out what you like and dislike, take his attitude with a grain of salt AND bring a picture then youll get what you went there for. A great cut at a great price😊

    Curtis is very engaging and keeps you entertained with conversation. I am a first time visitor to his salon and ladies yall know how scary that can be when you need color!! Curtis has great reviews so I set my appointment and I am very pleased with both my color, cut and style!!He took all the time I needed to tell him what I wanted and didnt want. He finally calmed me down enough to have a seat and he began his magic by doing 3 different color applications all at once! I had explained I sometimes get very itchy on my scalp but he told me not to worry and he was right again. Not one itch at all. I have very thin straight fine hair so I have been through the mill a time or two with salons not giving what they say they can. Not with Curtis behind the chair! I could go on and on but all I can say is if you have been looking for a salon that delivers exactly what you ask for, even if you are not sure what you want, you owe it to yourself to see the Hair Magician Curtis at Class Act Hair Salon. He is the owner and only person there so there is no guessing. Just remember Class Act Salon in Dunnellon just past the river as you enter Dunnellon on the right. I now have a home for all my hair wishes and dreams thanks to Curtis! Thank you so much for being open and patient with me Curtis!
