I’m new in town, I needed a haircut!!! I found my way to Kara and she is exactly, exactly what I needed. I just cannot recommend her enough. The place has a great vibe, super easy to drop in.I wanted to do something entirely different than the past 50 years……….Kara rocked it .

Walked in at 9am with an awful, lopsided cut, Tammy put her breakfast aside and went to work fixing the atrocious cut I got from a barber shop in Tampa.Super friendly and fast, she got me all fixed up and I left with the cut that I had originally hoped for 2 weeks ago when I make the mistake of going somewhere else.Ill definitely be back, thank you Tammy!!

I was going to a sort of fancy, high-end (eg: pricey) salon to have my hair lightened, toned, and styled about every six weeks. Then, when I was planning my wedding in Safety Harbor and needed hair and makeup, my stylist wasn’t available. I booked myself and my wedding party at The Chop Shop after a consultation. They did a fantastic job! After the wedding I continued with my original stylist at the “high-end” salon until the day I came home with my hair fried. I decided immediately to go back to The Chop Shop for repairs and have been working with Cara ever since. I love this place! Everyone is super friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing with excellent music playing. Cara always makes sure that I’m 100% happy with my hair and is really sensitive regarding whatever my hair goals are. I appreciate her skill, professionalism, and passion for her work. And the prices? Amazing! Highly recommended

I am totally shocked by some of the comments that I have read. There is not a rude person that works in this salon. Maybe they did not give you the exact cut you wanted and you were unhappy but the staff is exceptional and very pleasant...they are far from rude. I have brought my baby brother there and my nephew for their haircuts and they are GREAT with kids! My boyfriend has been going there for years and Mike, the owner, has always done a great job! I have also had my hair done here several times and always recommend them to others!

Nick is a fantastic barber, fun, relaxing and they make you feel like you are at home in the chair. The free beer didnt hurt as well ;-) Great place, get youre hair did here! Props to Amber as well, keep up the good work.

Ask for JJ. Great guy and came highly recommended. My son and I were not disappointed. My son hit a stage where I couldnt get him to cut his hair and he wasnt sure what he wanted to do. JJ not only did a great cut, but he helped my son feel more confident in the style choice.

This place is great! Ive been getting my haircut here for 4 years and I always make appointments with Suzi. She is so nice all the time and even went out of her way to come to us once when the chop shop was closed to do my mom and Is hair when my mom was getting married (and we didnt know her prior to getting our haircut from her). The negative reviews are all wrong because this place is amazing.

I went in Saturday hoping for a simple trim. Kara did wonders with my hair. Cut it better than I could imagine. Even added highlights. Great atmosphere. Everyone there was super great and down to earth. Cant say enough great things about The Chop Shop. You have to try it.

I work a crazy schedule and planning ahead for a hair cut. I have never had a bad stylist at this shop! I go out of my way to get my hair done here. They are friendly and courteous always! The decor works for men and women, such a nice shop.
