I was so excited to find a curly hair salon locally, and Amber did not disappoint! She spent a lot of time asking about my routine and then teaching me about what to change and how to treat my hair to help the curls be healthier. I’ve had “survival hair” for the last couple of years and it really needed some TLC. Not only did she give me a true curly cut by cutting it dry and washing/styling afterwards, but I’ve been following her “prescribed” routine for a few weeks now and my hair has improved so much!! I have already recommended her to several friends and I can’t wait to go back to see her again. And to top it all off, her services were so affordable! Highly recommend!!

I had the absolute best experience with Mrs. Amber. From start to finish she was super nice, encouraging and helpful. I learned so much on how I should be caring for my curly hair that I never knew before and can now implement what I’ve learned into my daily routine. I cannot say enough good things about Amber! I have never had a salon experience like this one before. She completely walked me through the steps of my hair from beginning to end and made it easy to understand as well as replicate at home. I had an appointment with Amber for a “Curly Hair Transformation.” I was a little nervous going in because I don’t get my hair done often and when I had in the past, I was not pleased with my results. My experience with Amber was the total opposite! She was not only kind and professional, but also a subject matter expert in curls. She explained every step in detail and make sure I understood how to care for my curls at home. I really did receive a curl transformation! I was also nervous about it being an awkward 2 hours but she was very easy to talk to and the environment was 1:1 and very personal. I will be going back😊

Its difficult to find a curly hair specialist when you move to a new town. Thankfully, I found Amber several years ago! I was laughing with her today at my appointment. Not only does she do a phenomenal job with my curls every single appointment, but she could be my therapist too! My hairapist. 😂🤣 She is an excellent listener and genuinely cares about her clients! Amber was super helpful and informative. My 16 yo daughter has just acquired her new but naturally curly hair in the last couple of years, and my own hair has always been stick-straight and super fine, so we didnt come in with ANY experience. Amber asked a LOT of questions to get a feel for my daughters hair routine and gave easy suggestions that would make the most impact right away. When she went to youth group at church the next night (with her recycled curls), she was complimented by another student (who also had curly hair and a cosmetologist for a mother). Today was her first wash day armed with her new information and her new routine. While its going to take some getting used to, this visit with Amber accomplished all I was going for. My girl thinks she might actually learn to love her curls!

This is the absolute best hair professional I’ve ever been to. She has an extremely clean and cozy salon. Ambers knowledge and expertise is phenomenal. My hair has never looked this healthy! She was sure to answer any possible questions or concerns I had. She also made herself available for any future questions. I was skeptical about how low the price was but there were no unnecessary charges or hidden fees. Amber was very honest and patient, plus nice to chat with. In comparison to other rushed stylists, she started trimming longer to be sure not to make it too short. I can’t recommend her enough and will definitely be back!
