This salon is such a great find! My stylist was Jamie and she did a wonderful job 🤩🤩 you can tell Jamie has years of experience, she knew how to handle my short, curly hair and give it volume even tho it’s very sensitive to product being so thin and fine. I left her chair with an amazing cut and I will definitely be back!

Yvonne is THE best! She is a “hair genius!” Our entire family (mom, dad, son, and daughter) all get our hair done with Yvonne. She is excellent with both cut AND color. She makes you feel like you are spending time with a good friend and is always so positive. She knows exactly what works best for your face shape and colors that complement you. Hi! It was my first time going to Coco and I made an appointment with Yvonne! Very nice salon, friendly staff and she did an amazing job on my haircut and it was exactly the way I wanted it! Yvonne is amazing! She always does an amazing job and makes sure your hair is perfect down to the last strand. I get blonde highlights as a brunette and she stays true to my brunette roots while adding the perfect amount and shade of blonde everytime to give a natural and refreshing look. I stopped showing her pictures and just trust her vision everytime, she is just THAT good 10/10 recommend Yvonne!

Went to Megan on a whim after my birthday completely trusting my friend who recommended me her awhile ago, and I am beyond happy and grateful. My hair was so long and made me feel not the best version of myself, It’s so hard finding someone and she was amazing and so sweet I even got a gift bag afterwards for Christmas!🤍 The first pic was my before the short hair is my after I wish I had more social media so I could rave about her more. She made me feel beautiful thank you so much Megan and everyone at the Salon such a welcoming presence at the Ritz!

My five stars go out to Jaime! Ive never been one to care who does my hair but I understand why people have their hairdressers now.. its the relationship that the hairdresser builds. If youre looking for someone who is excellent at their job but also genuinely cares about your experience-- go see Jaime. You will not be disappointed.After my own experience with Jaime, I made appts for my children. They had such a fun time getting their hair done. Jaime made them feel comfortable and beautiful. She was patient and entertained their stories. They have been talking about the cool hairdresser for days!

I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted when I booked with her, but I knew I needed a change and some color. They also take time to talk to you about the cut/style you want before proceeding and then adjust if necessary to ensure you are happy. Permanent make up by Anna:Anna is amazing! I was very nervous since I never had permanent make up done. She took her time, made me feel comfortable, explained the process, gave recommendations and the outcome was perfect. I love how my eyebrows came out! Definitely recommend Anna. Got a haircut from Megan yesterday, and Im so pleased! As a toddler mom, I hardly ever get to the hair dresser and was long overdue for a haircut. Megan was so sweet from the beginning and super down to earth. She listened to what I wanted but also gave her professional opinion when asked to cut a little more. I can respect that as she said she can take more off but cant put hair back on! The cut turned out to be just what I wanted. Ill be back to see her for sure!

Lovely salon- friendly staff, clean, and reasonably priced. I especially appreciate the fact they have a receptionist who answers the phone. Crystal gave me a perm and haircut- I could not be happier with end result. I have not pampered myself in years. Probably 20 or so. My husband recently died, and I had to start going again. My daughter made appointments for us for the funeral. She did something really drastic to my hair. I was in a daze so I was like whatever. I needed it cut and thinned really badly. It had been a long while. Dawn got hers done with another hairdresser. She was completely unhappy with the results. Redid it when we got home. I was in shock with mine and afraid I would be made fun of. I was used to getting compliments on my old hairstyle. When we got to gravesite and especially after, by my daughter-in-law and her mother no less I was made a fool of. They kept pointing at me and laughing. Other people stared at me like I was a freak. It was hard to care for too. Next time I asked for a little off and she was upset I didnt like her style and went crazy and chopped it down to a mans cut. I dont like it. I got her full attention and a drink, and felt pampered. I was offered a drink one other time. I always had to wait on her. She is always late for me. Now I am being worked in while she is working on someone else. I dont get the attention. She is in too big of a hurry. This last time she rushed so much because another old lady was waiting to finish her perm. She did a lousy job of cutting, and my hair was still wet when I walked out the door. I dont like being squeezed in. I like my time too. It is the only thing I do for myself and I want to feel pampered, important, made feel welcome, and feel pretty when I leave. I am hurt, and dont feel valued.It is some better. I am not sure I am her cup of tea. Maybe I dont tip enough. I am a new widow on a fixed income. I never went to get my hair done when my husband was alive. It had been 30 plus yrs when I had to start going. I see so many beautiful hair styles going out the door. I feel like a chopped up mess. My hair is awful to begin with though. Too much of it. Salt and pepper color. Hard to work with. I guess I will never have pretty hair.Thank you for responding. Yes, I keep coming back. I have to have someplace to go. I chose here because of your article.
