Wow. What an amazing experience. From the moment you greeted until when you leave, it is a top-notch.spa experience. Clean, airy, and bright — a very inviting space.Then the service. This was hands-down, the best shampoo (no pun intended) and haircut in Miami. Emerson and his team were attentive to every detail and put it on par with some of the most luxurious experiences I’ve had in Miami.Service with a smile and appreciative all the way through for my patronage. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the team, and they were incredibly caring throughout the entire process. Gisely, who worked on my color correction and redesign, was nothing short of amazing. She truly understood what needed to be done and executed it with precision and creativity. Her expertise transformed my hair into something better than I could have imagined. The rest of the team was just as meticulous, ensuring everything was done to perfection. Im content with their service.I’ve been coming here for over 3 years now and every time I come it’s a great experience. They’ve never damaged my hair nor made me wait more than 10 min to start with my procedures.The staff are all very warm and welcoming.Their costumer service is 10/10.They make you you feel like you’re at home and the salon is not only beautiful but it’s always very clean.I feel like it’s the best decision I’ve made to let them take care of my hair. I must preface by saying that I really dislike going to hair salons. But I wanted to donate my hair and get an actual cut, so, after some research, I found EC Hair Salon. The place has plenty of sunlight and is clean and tidy, no strong smells or loud sounds, and the service is exceptional. I waited only 5 minutes (if that) before I was taken to my chair, which I very much appreciated. Giselle, my hair stylist, was super kind and careful when separating my hair for donation and gave me a small vanity/cosmetic bag to store the hair in. She also gave me the super cute short hair style I wanted, while making slight changes to accommodate for my hair’s natural flow. This is DEFINITELY my go to hair salon now and I highly recommend it.

The best salon ever!!! I love them! I am client and friend since they arrived here in Miami, 2015. Nobody knows how to make hair like them! Emerson and Gisele are amazing professionals. Today, I tried a new mask from Kérastase called Chroma Hair Mask. My hair looks beautiful! I love how nourished my hair feels and of course, less frizz! Highly recommend this mask! Truly the best hair salon in Miami. Emerson is extremely attentive, kind, and does impeccable work. Does the process of a full head of balayage take a full day of work? Yes but that is not a salon issue, it is just part of it. Is it expensive? Sure but you pay for what you get. The salon & the whole team are incredible. The service, the snacks, the multiple people working on all sections of your hair. They make you feel like home & I have been doing balayage with Brazilian hair dressers for years and NO PLACE IN MIAMI compares to this salon.I was devastated when my original hairdresser left to Brazil but finding Emerson was the best thing that could’ve ever happened.If you want quality work in a great location highly recommend this place.
