My experience at the salon is always incredible. I love Michael. He does fantastic job coloring, cutting and styling my hair. He cares so much about each customer and make sure that when you leave the salon you not only look beautiful but feel great about your hair. I also love the nail technician Alina. She does Russian gel manicure. Always great job! My nails look so beautiful and they last for 3-4 weeks. She is absolutely great. Wonderful person and very pleasant.. I strongly recommend the XO salon, it’s simply the best!

The first impression was lovely- the lady who Answered the phone was so nice and got me in right away. When I entered the salon, the gentleman who was going to cut my hair (Michael) greeted me with a warm welcome. I was offered coffee, tea, or water which was a very nice touch. Michael took his time cutting my hair so I felt valued and I knew I was going to get a great finished product. By the end, I was blown away. I’ve been to several other places for a tapered curly cut and never had a gotten exactly what I wanted. Michael was humble, funny, and very easy to talk to. This is my new spot, so happy to have found them!

I had to change from my salon in Aventura, that was doing a terrible job! I read the reviews on Google about this salon, and several amazing reviews on Michael. I called to book a consult. Receptionist was very friendly, and professional. I met with Michael, and I just knew I was in excellent hands! The first thing he asked me is what I thought was wrong with my hair instead of just knocking someone else’s work, or being pushy. We both saw the same things wrong with my haircut, and color. I knew he was going to do an amazing job just from talking with him. I never even looked elsewhere. I am extremely impressed, and he had to do a color correction on a previous bayalage turned yellow, and a haircut, that was uneven, and mislayered! Don’t hesitate he’s to me the best!

Michael and Sophie are AH-MAZING! Sophie has been bringing my hair back to life steadily through color and gloss after it was SEVERELY damaged by a botched balayage at a DIFFERENT salon in the area. I cannot upload the before picture of my hair, but trust me it was horrible. Michael gave me just the cut I wanted and desperately needed! It was dull, heavy, crispy and lifeless when I walked in, but when I walked out my hair was shining! You know, like that shine your hair had before you ever colored it....THAT kind of shine. No matter what condition your hair is in, they KNOW their stuff and they will do magic on your hair! You can even book online, which is a HUGE plus for me! Another great thing is the ambience of the salon. Its so clean, well-designed and chic. They are also SUPER SUPER nice, which is a rarity in this area. This is a judgement-free zone where you can just sit back and relax while they work their magic! Ill never go anywhere else!

I had the absolute pleasure of having my hair cut and styled by Michael. He had such attention to detail. Made the whole thing an experience where I felt he truly cared. He fixed my layers to shape my face instead of how square and heavy on the bottom they were. Barely took any length off which is what I thought was needed and instead gave my hair a voluminous and light feel. Sensational. I don’t think I’ll be able to cut my hair with anyone else. Thank you so much Michael.
